I asked Ukrainian artist  kunYKA for three specific imaginary pokemon evolves and he delivered a dunsparce evolution to a dragon, a new evolve for Emolga and an evolutionary stage between buizel and floatzel.

A Ukrainian national living in Kyiv, he and I have watched each other long before the invasion of his country made me realize he was even from there. He has advertised for others but now finds himself the one in need. Consider getting a commission from him, he does splendid pokemon, fakemon and imagined evolves.
