Despite his appearance, he is actually composed of millions of cockroaches, maggots, lice and other nasty insects and critters, so he is legally classified as an undead. Despite the fact that nobody ever notices this, he wears classy outfits and acts in a very gentlemanly manner to cover up his highly... unwelcoming true appearance.

Oh, and he always uses a mask, except now. I don't guarantee that this is what his face looks like, though. ;3
