I wasn't actually planning to post this on my account. Omnikitsune was going to post this on his account, but I'm a little impatient right now. I'll probably delete this when he does though, so no worries. It's his work as well, after all.
This a Four-Month old RP that spans several months of work with many, many artists on Furaffinity.
comus,
omnikitsune,
timidtabby, any myself all worked on this to make it as large as it is. And with a possible sequel! :D DA DA DAAAAAAAAA!

Yep! That's EXACTLY what we'll be up against in the sequel! :D
But looks like we're going to need to put more structure and thought into this.
My first idea is that while the America is pretty much overrun at this point in the americas, as Kithlechlotchan has made clear in that last scene. So I'm gonna say this Dog God would show up somewhere else. I'm gonna say Europe. :P And much like his feline counterpart, he changes others with the varieties of canines.
Now my first idea was to create him as sort of an aesthetic to Kithlechlotchan. While I think he'd make a good evil god, Ryu says we should make him a benevolent god who's changing others to free them from the grasp of Kithlechlotchan. Meanwhile, Tazkol says he ought to be a Rival God who's trying to get as many converts on his side.
The real question is why is all of this happening now?

indeed, why did he choose to change humans now, and why is this dog god changing people as well. Is Kithlechlotchan really a vilain or merely one who seeks to restore the world to one of nature since humans were destroying the earth? And what of this dog god? Are his motives any purer? And what of us, will we have to fight? Will we even have a choice? Will old friends become enemies? Or is it something else entirely that is at the root of this problem?
Egypt would work, but the problem is that they worshiped many animal related gods, not just cats or dogs. And if we did Anubis ... well, he's the god of death. I mean, come on, seriously? Why would he want the world to be filled with life? He weighs the hearts of man and woman after they die to ensure that they are worthy to pass on to paradise. He wouldn't try to go above his place would he?
Well, they're saying that it has nothing to do with egypt so much as he's hiding there in the desert. Environment-wise, it is the polar opposite of the Amazon, so therefore it's a more reasonable choice. Also, simply because he's the god of death doesn't instantly make him wicked.
So I brought up why does it have to be based on environment? why not cultural? After all, Kithlechlotchan mentioned Cortez, And they argued that the Egyptians can be also seen as a cultural polar opposites as well. While Aztecs were scientifically advanced, the Egyptians were awesome medics.

Oh, there's something we've all seem to agree on. We've come to an agreement this could be a long lost idol animal god from Babylon lost in record. When King Nebuchednezzar came to rule, he ordered the temple to be disassembled. For that, the god laid a curse upon him through his priests, saying "You will see through my wild eyes as your city is destroyed." And sure enough, Old Neb goes mad and flees into the wilderness like a wild animal as Babylon was destroyed.
Supposedly it begins over there when some archaeologists in Iraq uncover it, accompanied by a fire team.

Well, ultimately, what goes on is OUR decision. Not Ryu's, Vulpix's or Taze's. They would come only to work with us, not over us.
I have to agree, I like the idea of a neglected babylonian deity who's returned to its calling to counter Kithlechlotchan's return, however. A team of expeditionists backed up by a fire team would make a good start for the pack.
-OR-
It was already found and it resurrected in a museum at london and starts the pack with the lone security guard?
