This is Ishtara's father.
He is a ninja in the hidden Stone Village.
He found her as a small baby (not even a few weeks old) in a village that had very but raided and rampaged. Alot of babies and small children were spared ,but now of the adults lived.

He ,himself wasn't born and rasied in the hidden Stone. Oddly euongh ,the same thing happened to his village when he was very young. Only a few children lived, but unlike where Ishtara was found, no one heard about it so no one came to help them. Some children stayed beside their slan parents while others, like him, set off to find new homes, or just to send back help for the others.

He never returned, however. He found the Hidden Stone Village , and he was in bad shape ,only carrying a photoablum of his family that was lost. They toke him in ,and after a while he desided to be a ninja, and the rest...will be in RadX's pic! XD
