It's... almost like there's a sense of being bored during a long car ride, but also a feeling of anxiety. As if you're trying to keep your mind off of places you imagine you might be going, or places you might be leaving (or that such places are all you can think about). It appears to me as though there is something upon your mind, though that may just be me over-complicating a simple drawing ^,=,^;;
