They run quite a few businesses, ranging from casinos to carnivals, and they try their best to keep it fair but profitable.
Looney (Right) is a loose cannon and has a temper to boot! Don't get on his bad side or you just might get to meet his best friend, Mr. Tommy Gun. He acts tough but deep down he has a heart of gold. He runs the casinos throughout the city.
Tooney (Left) is a gentleman through and through unlike his brother, he's quick witted and polite, preferring to use his words to get what he wants. He's in charge of running the carnivals and making sure they stay profitable.
