(Yes, the last sentence is utter bull- um, no, let's call it 'malarkey' instead. The last sentence is utter malarkey, but it is something the Aristocracy likes to hear, being told that they are better than the common people, and told in a way that they can repeat to their peers as if they had thought of it themselves. Always play to your audience, any competent police inspector would know that, and our scaly friend is at least competent, if not better.)
