Stitchachu[Pokexperiment 651(Stitch's number is 626, And Pikachu's Pokedex number is 25, and since this is an amalgam of both of them,then 626+25= 651)]!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
P.S. Sparky(experiment 221) seems like Pikachu with them both having Electricity powers and their yellow color
