While at a family event a long time ago, I decided to take a look at some old freight cars just outside the neighborhood where the house we were at was.

The neighborhood is right by an active line, and that line branches off to what I assume might have either been a short/branch line or track to an industry of some sort, which is now just a siding for unused rolling stock. In this siding is a lone gondola along with a line of hoppers and more gondolas, none of which look like they've been used or touched for a very long time.

I don't know how long they've been here myself, but I have been in this neighborhood before and I remember seeing these cars there, but I don't know for sure if I'm remembering correctly. Either way, these trucks have been here for quite a while and I don't think they'll move from this siding anytime soon.
