Seah is a pirate fennec character of mine, sister to
animecat's character River. Watch out for this one, she's a crafty fox!
Seah was put together over the course of Friday & Saturday, for the St. Augustine Pirate Gathering. She's not very high quality and there are loads of things I'd like to do to change her up in the future; she was built on an existing foam base (that I'd changed for a commission earlier this year) so I'm not thrilled with the shape of the head. But, she turned out cute enough, and is very easy to wear (just the head, arms, hands & tail) and fits in my duffel bag. :P

It was a lot of working, from early Friday until the night, and early Saturday right up until about 2:30 or so. The furring and the sewing is actually not all that hard; the details are what take time. She has no teeth, no tongue, etc. and I'm not too happy about that fact, but she was a quick costume for a fun event.
I can't say that she's in the best shape or of the best quality - she might be in the future - I just wanted to have something new and fun for the pirate festival. Plus trying out some new methods in some of the details (eyes, nose) that I didn't want to experiment on with commissioner's costumes. So this was really just a quick finishing job... and I've got patterns for all the sewn bits, those took no time. ;)
