So this is Alvix, who I had since October. He's based off this thing on Home for the PS3. My friend and I decided to personify out dolphys, so we did. This is one of the dolphys I have.
Yeah he's suppose to be a mermaid.. type.. thing so forgive me if the anatomy is off. I never drew one before. Here's some information about him anyways:
Name: Alvix (ALE-ve-ex)
Age: 18 (All though he looks like he's still 14 or 15)
Sex: Male.
Sexual Preference: He's not sure, since he's never bothered with it before.
Likes: Shiny things, other fish in the sea, shiny jewelery, making friends and family, including his "sister".
Dislikes: His ADHD, when people become annoyed with him, being scared and when he's not near his "sister".
Personally: As I mentioned, Alvix has ADHD so maintaining his attention span is a feat of it's own. He tries to not get distracted by things, but he simply can't help it. He will literally run away in the middle of a conversation if he see something he likes. People find this rude and end up not liking him. Because of this he doesn't have much or if any friends. Weither or not he knows this, he doesn't show it. He's usually found tagging along with his "sister", who's transgender, because "she's the only person who can tolerate him."Despite his disorder, Alvix is a very loveable fellow. It takes him a while to catch on things and he can be pretty oblivious when it comes to certain things, say for instance, affection from another person. He doesn't understand this and will likely become frighten if provoked. He tends to cry easily as well and there are rare times when he'll suddenly become sad. He usually tends to bounce out of this funk and is seen swimming after a fish once more. As also a side effect to his ADHD, he sometimes will tire himself out with how hyper he can be. He will literally just plop somewhere or begin to nod off during a conversation. He's not trying to be mean, but his brain is constantly buzzing at almost 100 mph. You try not getting tired.
Backround: For the most part Alvix and his "sister" grew up normally with understanding and patient parents. He was diagnosed with ADHD at a young age, but this didn't seem to trouble his parents. They were patient with him and loved him regardless of his disorder. It wasn't til his father disappeared one day that things turned sideways. He was oblivious to his father disappearance, wondering for days on end when he would be coming back. After several years past, he almost completely forgot he had a father and acted like he wasn't troubled by it at all. His mother and "sister" were troubled by this, but they assumed he was just coping in his own way. He loves his family and his "sister" very much and he hopes one day, he'll hear from his father again. Since Alvix was too busy getting distracted from things, he failed to see the world around him which left him with little to no time to like people or to fall in love with them, so in a sense.. he knows nothing about it. He will get confused and frantic if you show any sign of affection to him, so you have to be slow. He appears to be only affectionate towards his mother and "sister", but with other people he is not. He'll talk to them and want to be their friend, if they don't get annoyed with him, but that is as far as it'll go.
I'll be doing his "sister" next, so look forward to that. "She's" going to be my first transgender character, next to Sir of course. Enjoy!
