Today, the Brockton Rox had a home day game for celebrating Independence Day. We had a pretty good crowd, and so in honor of the holiday, K-O the Kangaroo wore an Uncle Sam hat and matching bowtie (kind of hard to see in this pic though), and would wave flags for his introduction after the first inning and then later on when the Rox won the game 7 to 4! Though at times the hat would have trouble staying on (next time, I'm using Velcro for such hats K-O wears instead of pins), but it still looked really good! Also, K-O has been living in the U.S.A. for 19 years now, being originally from Australia and all.
