Zosk is a captive pet. The collar and chain is there to keep him from flying away. In this example, he doesn't mind being kept as Teesei would do everything in his power to keep Zosk protected and safe. Teesei also makes sure that Zosk would be happy as well, often spending time together like they are here. I might make a little short story about this setting. ^v^
