Backstory
Feng was an orphan, and while the girls clung to their dolls, she was swinging sticks with the boys, she looked up to warrior women than the maidens from the songs, a master was passing by the orphanage when he saw her for the first time, seeing potential, he adopted her along with the other children,

The Master did not hide that he adopted the children not only to give them a home but also to find an heir to inherit a jade-encrusted Jian imbued with vast mystical powers

Unlike her siblings, Feng learned and trained in the ways of the blade for the sake of it, uninterested in its philosophical and spiritual aspects of it, as a result, the blade rejected her, and she was upset by this, but her father comforted her and told her that she was his daughter even if she did not inherit the blade, and perhaps her path leads elsewhere,

she later left the jade isles, to help in the campaign to liberate her kin on the mainland, and found herself fighting alongside a wolf tribesman armed with a spear, they've been traveling together ever since
