Wait i dont get it.. the +60 for the character.. its +60 to get it animated? Or +60 to have the character that youre doing for the initial 60 anyways @.@

it is not the same from a process perspective! when i draw a static image, i have to draw a lot less. for example, the tail on a static one will be almost invisible, so i don't have to draw the whole thing. but i have to if we're talking about animation: because different parts of the tail show up when it moves. same for any other overlapping parts that the customer may wish to animate. even if it is something barely moving, i have to draw more.
