Self-indulgent art of 'Ocean Prince' from the Puyo Puyo Tetris series all puffed up.
Literally only found out about this character through 
SlimyCream showing me some of the games and the character. He's cute.
Anywho! A celebration & parade was due for the underwater city the Prince resides in.. but for some odd reason, they mixed up aquatic parades with land parades, ending up having the now-buoyant Prince float up to the surface and.. blub around. He's fine.
