Never heard of War for Rayuba before. But judging from that video, it's kinda similar.
Basically it's like a big art trading event. You get assigned to a random team. You draw stuff for other artists and they can get "revenge" by drawing something for you in return.
Well, that's how it works in theory. But participants are under no obligation to do that. So usually it just involves some big name artists getting a lot of free shit without much effort.
I'm just in it for inspiration and an excuse to get characters I've been wanting to draw off my bucket list. And possibly make some people happy.
