Its really impossible to give this any kind of bad critique; your use of perspective with the buildings is superb, the atmosphere you give this has that modern "cyberpunk" techno feel, your folds in the clothing are impeccable.

Only thing I can think of is that the area itself is "lonely"; that is, without other people furs walking by, going about doing their thing. That may have been what you were going for, to express in the first place - being surrounded by all of the sterile buildings in an empty area.

Personally I find this piece a bit bland compared to other concepts in this genre. It's far to sterilized to the point of being uninteresting, the streets and buildings doesn't look they have any sort of 'character' or 'history' to them, leaving not much but a glance at the back ground. Could've add more life and vibrancy to them like having ads, cultural influence and etc. I mean people do live in this world after all.

I think rain could make it a bit more interesting while keeping it a depressing look.

The perspective is imposing and I do feel the character is a good focal point but the character unfortunately shares the same fate as the background for he doesn't 'feel' and 'look' like he lives in this world, almost like blank state. Would've been better to refine the design maybe adding more eastern influences like Japanese bikers and cybernetics. I assume the commissioner probably didn't give you much to go on though could've asked what he like and why he choose this concept that could've spiced this up a bit.

Maybe have the setting been underwater city since he's a shark.

But these are just my opinions and critiques. I don't mean any disrespect of your talents since I've seen more impressive concepts in your gallery. Have a nice day.
