me vs simple choices

Choices choices choices... people seem to know what they want all the time. Meanwhile, I take minutes deciding what I want to wear for the day, about a dozen seconds to choose where I want to brush my teeth, and often rush what I want to get from a restaurant. Why? My brain has a constant war going on, thinking about the upsides and downsides of my choices, and it affects how long I respond to things. Also why I don't do good at talking with others... there's usually awkward silences whenever it is my turn to speak. Which is why whenever I have irl friends I am mostly a listener, I don't talk much. Right now, that's why I have no irl friends at the moment.
