Annihilation has become one of my favorite movies, and making a video essay about it only made me appreciate it more. A slow burn, endlessly detailed horror film where no character is bound for easy answers. Hopefully Marrow has a reason to make it back alive, but when you enter the woods you come back changed or not at all.

Oh my god I was just going to watch the video again and I realized that the thumbnail had changed at some point??? Totally awesome though also just something so surreal about seeing the Alien with ears and a muzzle and sending me hard.
Also hi really love your video essays and been watching more of your let's play content lately too but I'm not really active on youtube so it's convenient that I can comment on Furry Website instead.
