Itrix is the one that makes rain fall and lightning fly through the clouds. Depending on the planet, this could be very bad. She can be quite playful like a gentle rain or a force to be reckoned with during a huge electrical storm. She has been known to knock out power and destroy electronics with her lightning to those that get on her bad side.
