Marrick was a Human Mage Knight. perhaps a corrupt paladin if im recalling this correctly. but He was A Rival / Nemesis to our group when I was Playing as Amarok the lich. https://www.furaffinity.net/view/47771114/

We had ran into Marrick on sevral occasions, mostly when i was in pursuit of the Necronomicon, Marrick had his own agenda, and ill be honest i dont recall entierly what he wanted the book for, I think it was to summon demons of chaos and destruction or whatever it was.

Well, Amarok couldnt allow that cause he needed the book for the God of Death Ritual. so they fought. on three seprate occasions. On the third, Marrick took a final blow to his heart from a Bone Spear that Amarok had crafted and gave to the Brawler in our group, who gouged out Marricks heart while our storm caster stuck him with an Epic bolt of lightning.

After the battle....Amarok took Marricks heart, and put it back into hsi body. and throught a ritual he Improvised on the spot! Created A deathknight useing Marricks body.

Marrick got to keep his name, and was given quite a few new powers but his Soul now belonged to Amarok and serves him forever as his Cheif Bodygaurd and Enforcer. :3


"Lord Marrick" the Human Remnant Death Knight, Amarok's former rival/nemesis, now turned into the Archlich's servant and bodygaurd. Commander of the largest part of Amarok's Undead Armies, this warlord still retains some of his memories when he was alive, devoid of any grudges due to his undead state, Marricks own experience as a seasoned warlord now serve Amarok in commanding vast armies of the undead.
