This is Cynthia!! My Tremere girl, for a Vampire: The Masquerade game set in the civil-war era. She was embraced during the Salem witch trials. Her standard outfit is pretty historically accurate, but I won't lie when I say that drawing her in an anime-esque witchy outfit is very self indulgent and it just looks so right on her lol.
