This request comes from my great friend, 
. He wanted his Floatzel character, Anthony, to be inflated by this tail. Seems tying up the rope didn't really help make the situation any better. x3 I think I could've made the tails bigger but I was having a bit of a difficult time picturing it in my head. ^^;
