I drew it the last year trying to imagine a right anatomy, but colored it this year, is an old character that I draw from my beginnings with the art, called Aratiri the maned wolf, although originally I called it Guaruyá.
The paper here failed me when I took a water wash on the paper proving the watercolors, it not only wrinkled making that the colors seen like stains, but rather it also lost the textures making difficult to paint with the pencils T-T

Very very pretty. It's nice to see that there are still some talented traditional artists holding on in an age where photoshop is the standard to which art is usually held..
Love the patterns on the muzzle.. They are very pretty.
Is your work inspired at all by goldenwolf? It seems very similar though lacking some of the intricacy in the fur and hair. (not that that is any comment about the quality of your art - it's lovely, but goldenwolf is one of the premium anthro artists out there in my silly unimportant poinion).
Anyways, I just wanted to drop in and say my two cents.. It is really nice to see traditional work is still around. I hope you keep up the good work. I may have to check out some of your more recent stuff.

Yes it does, I was inspired by the Goldenwolf works, although not much in their unreachable current level but, mostly those that she made among 1999 and 2003 years (works with pencils very simple and very expressive ) also, inspired me others as Heather luterman (kyoth), Pearl Eden or novawuff.

desgraciadamente mi guara empezo como un burdo fan chara de sonic, intente arreglarla, la buena noticia es que ya no parece fan chara de sonic (o eso creo) la mala noticia es que no se si parezca una guara, lo peor es que es negra con morado. no se si la tenga en esta galeria, la tengo en Deviant

Ahí lo aclaraste bien, es una mamá mutante, así que eso abre la puerta a la imaginacion, y he visto otros tan modificados que de guara queda el nombre nomas jeje, pero x lo que veo tiene sus patas largas y partes negras como dices, algo de lobo de crin tiene en sus genes
