Yup I thought I'd get around and sketch up my charmander Sparky again. Been a while since I did a pic of him.

Sparky smiled as he stood by a bench with his friends. A young diaper clad blue mewtwo sat on the bench catching his breath a moment while Sparky stood there waiting for him.

"Guess your not really a runner huh Mewen?" Sparky asked with a smile.

"No I'm not. Your the one who said no hovering and stuff and I do that all the time!" Mewan told him crossing his arms with a bit of a pout.

"Oh alright. Hover's allowed. But not full out flying! I can't do that. Maybe when I'm a big strong Charazard with wings we could have a flight race." Sparky giggled.

"Ok then I'll keep it to a few inches off the ground." Mewen said rising and hovered there.

"Alrighty on the count of three. One...two..." Sparky starts running "Three!"

"Hey you cheated no fair!" Mewen called out and he sped after sparky.

"Bet ya can't catch me!" Sparky giggled as he ran down the park side walk continuing their race home.
