50% of the proceeds are going to the Center for Reproductive Rights via the website, so i never touch the donation money. (Would be all of it, but i'm still struggling with rent.)
Please share this around~ More designs coming.
EDIT: Ah, fun. Locking comments because people are attacking each other in the comments.
I will say again: yes, i do stand by what i say. Politicians are not innocent. And i will not be upset if something bad happens to them. Killing civilians is bad. But i do not care about the people in power. And yes, i DO think rioting is necessary for change. If riots didn't happen, people like me and most of my friends wouldn't even be able to vote. So, yeah.
I do not mind debating myself one on one with others, but i don't like that i cannot keep an eye on the comments other people are making to each other cause of FA's comment system. And i don't want it to get to the point of death threats or slurs without me seeing it. So yeah, locking comments.

I agree 100% with this unironically and believe moving forward it is useless to do shit like hold hands and sing or sign petitions. Things will need to get dirty. Mlk said "Riots are the language of the unheard." and the government doesn't listen unless something happens.
I wouldn't say it's useless, as it is the only thing some of us, esp. the disabled like myself, can do. But i also agree that rioting is necessary. Property destruction is necessary. Screaming is necessary. They're not listening when we ask nicely. The MAJORITY of us didn't want this. It was unelected officials that made this call. And it needs to stop.
I hate hearing that quote getting misused like that. When Martin Luther King was talking about riots being "the language of the unheard", he was saying that it was a bad thing for people to feel unheard and think violence is the only option. He was hardly endorsing it.
Its time To read Lenin and Trotsky's works and the actual words of Lenin the best books are from Haymarket Books and Well Read Books they are the best, also don't fall down the Revisionist Stalin and Mao hole like so manny dumb dumb online leftists have and its very upsetting because Mao and Stalin hated minorities and mass murdered minorities and lgbt people and the real Leftists.
Do you think our civil rights were bought with pleases and thank-yous? We are actively having our access to healthcare taken away. Being nice is not working. But you're right, fantasizing doesn't help. Action does. Stop telling us to sit by and sing Cumbia. It hasn't worked. I am fully supportive of rioting against opressive causes.
What about the people burning down cities, rioting and looting for a whole summer? That's what I'm talking about. People who didn't want to wear masks or get mandatory rushed vaccine on them didn't do anything. That's my point, People need to realize glorifying death threats and doing actual harm to others isn't really a joking matter. It's overgrown children having an epic temper tantrum. Not to mention abortion was never a constitutional right. Pulling back Roe V Wade is possible one of the best things we could've done cause it's not outlawing abortions. It's just putting it back on a state level letting the people choose. It's quite literally putting the power back to the people. Blue states will still allow it, Red states might get rid of it and extreme blue states like California will probably have even less restrictions.
Getting bent out of shape and attacking others for wanting to protect a defenseless isn't a good look. It's gonna hurt your cause. Not to mention destroying shit and intimidating people into bending to your will is literally terrorism.

Okay, stop right there.
Firstly, you wanna go that route about "state level" somehow being more "pro-choice"? Let's play that game: why stop at the state level? Why not make it county level? You know what, that ain't good enough; how about we go down to the district level? Still not good enough? How about we go even further and let each city decide? No wait, just let each school district decide. Hell, let each neighborhood decide. Scratch that, let each household decide...or...OR...why not just let each individul decide? So you see, it all circles back to just letting pro-choice mean just that: don't want an abortion, then don't get one, end of story.
Second, do you really think republicans are gonna stop with letting abortion stay as a state issue? They honest-to-god want to go the opposite way and make it illegal EVERYWHERE IN THE UNITED STATES! As a matter of fact, they're already talking about doing just that!
Third, it won't just be abortion they'll go after: gay marriage, LGBTQ+ rights, contraception and possibly even porn are next on the chopping block. Clarence Thomas himself stated as such. You want those to go away too? Overturning Roe is just the first of many rights to go. Republicans want to turn this country into an autocratic theocracy. Do you really want that? That's exactly their intention.
Fourth, outlawing abortion isn't going to stop abortion, it's only going to stop safe abortions. Illegal or not, women are going to have abortions. Hell, well-off women who call themselves "pro-life" are still going to have abortions. It's the poor ones who won't have the financial means to travel out of state to get one who are fucked.
Fifth, by outlawing abortion, you're practically allowing girls as young as 11 to be raped by their uncles and forced to carry their babies...and then be jailed to make sure they don't try to abort it. This has already in Brazil and it's exactly the kind of future conservatives in America want to happen in this country as well. It's not about saving babies, it's about punishing young women for having sex.

Furthermore, I want to add that the very people who want to ban abortions are also the same people who are against the very measures that would prevent or mitigate forced births: sex education, contraceptives, federally-mandated maternity leave, better-funded foster care, public daycare for low-income familes, child tax credits, etc. The right wants none of these things; again, punishment and cruelty is the point, not saving babies. Aside from women engaging in sexual behavior, republicans absolutely despise a world where the government makes sure every poor family is kept healthy and thus able to actually climb up to take some of the pie at the top.
Axing Roe right now without any of those aforementioned advances just adds layers and layers of suffering on women right now.
It’s like getting rid of the fire department while the neighborhood is on fire and then going “maybe if we set up a stronger community effort, we can put out these fires in the future”.

Dude you gotta stop drinking the Kool-aid. None of that shit is gonna happen. The Republicans arn't some boogey-man hiding under beds waiting to snatch rights away. It's literally just putting something that was never a constitutional right back in the hands of the people. You're sounding VERY unhinged
People thought Roe vs. Wade was untouchable and yet here we are. Don't be so sure about that. And funny you mention beds considering that by taking Roe away, the SC pretty much declared that you have no right to privacy.
Let that sink in. You think I'm drinking the kool-aid but I'm not the naive one here.
I have nothing else to say to you at this point.

The right sure seems to have no problem wanting to use violence themselves. I've never heard a single person on their side who have been willing to call them out, even when they actually do use violence. Funny that. Why the hell should we be expected to sit down and shut up and let them rape us up the ass while they use violence against us with little to no consequences? At this point, violence has become necessary to defend ourselves against tyranny.
And before you open your mouth about voting, let me also remind you that they also have no problems disenfranchising us with voter suppression laws, which they already do. What the hell good is voting when they're already taking away our voting rights?
Not to mention the electoral college practically makes their votes worth more than ours. History has shown that when the few screw over the many, that's when revolutions happen.

Oh please. Do you have any idea how many times I've had to denounce those idiots who stormed the Capitol last year? It's basically a meme at this point. I never said violence is fine if it comes from the right. Riots are bad. Murder is bad. This isn't complicated.
Guillotines are not a self-defense weapon. People who are executed with them are held down and made defenseless while everyone else watches. That's not a symbol of a benevolent movement. That's bloodthirsty tyranny. Glorifying that sort of thing tells everyone exactly what kind of tactics you're endorsing, and it's not a good look.
The electoral college exists to prevent voter fraud from corrupting the entire turnout nationwide. That's it. It's not a conspiracy to suppress voters. If anything, it currently favors Democrats more than Republicans in states like New York and California, the latter of which is basically gerrymandered to amplify votes in the left-leaning San Francisco area over the centrist San Diego area despite the latter being more populated. If anyone's the elite few, it's the left wing having that obvious advantage every election while also being backed by almost every multi-billion dollar mega corporation in existence.

I never suggested using guillotines; I agree with the overall message of this post, not the specific image in it. Just wanna get that outta the way.
Pregnant people are going to die from seeking out less legal and safer forms of abortions and you think them retaliating against the politicians that are effectively sentencing them to death is going too far?
