Thanks a ton to my patrons for picking him this month for a monthly fanart!! The HQ version of this and all June artworks, as well as lots of other cool stuff, will be there in a couple of days!
The Jungle Book 1967 was the most fav cartoon of mine when I was a lil kid, and having a chance to draw Bagheera let me dive into pure nostalgia ❤️ I've even found a bootlegged dub I had on my tape, and it was just UHHH!!! It was messy as hell, I could hardly understand what the characters were saying, but THE FEELS! Plus for some reason the narrator swapped Bagheera's gender there and it used to confuse me as a kid, but I liked it like that even more, lol.
Plus, I haven't touched traditional media for ages, and it was a really fun experience too! I always saw such collaborative traditional+digital artworks as a particular kind of magic and I wanna practice it more often! It'd be cool to find a coherent style with these mixed media
