When Hvölga deems a creature as her prey, she enjoys abusing her eldritch magic to tease and bully her prey into humiliation. The poor dolphin Koda has been trying desperately to escape while Hvölga carelessly expends her powerful magic to manipulate ocean currents, allowing her to stay right on Koda's tail for no effort! By keeping her prey within reach for so long, her hunger grows as her confidence inflates. She is the apex predator!

Barun didn't have to watch this "chase" for long to determine that foul play was afoot. Nor did it take much effort to notice the strange changes in current and very unusual orca. The basilosaurus would not stand such terrible souls in his waters! He caught up to the two in a matter of seconds. For a chase the two were hardly moving, despite the dolphin's efforts being disproportionate to its speed. It was time to rid the waters of this pest!
Uh oh, let's hope that Hvölga still has some spells in store to get her out of this situation! Would she really be so reckless as to spend them all to toy with her prey?
... Or perhaps she deserves exactly what's coming for her. Perhaps Barun is the real protagonist of this story. Although he wouldn't admit to saving Koda. Just purging his territory of a blemish.
