This was a commission request by 
bryagh for his concept of the "Canadian Dragon" ala American Dragon Jake Long. The Chateau Frontenac is depicted as the background on a breezy late afternoon.
On the technical side, this was maybe the second commission of art I have ever done as a strait up commission and not a trade of some sort. I had fun doing it, but I must say also, that Bryagh is a sweet dragon, and was a pleasure to work with on this.
Umm ... and yes... and I like TOTALLY cheated on the background.. It was rotoscoped... Hey! I could have taken forever on it, and it wouldnt have looked as good. 'sides.. WWJD???? LOL (what would Jake do XD )

and while I am partial to the first season.. i really want to draw him in second season too... need a get few of those 'round tuits'

You really did a fantastic job there and you've been able to decipher my ideas to make him look just as I imagined him and perhaps even better!
