The characters are from the show droners.

The cute girl getting tickled here is Corto.
The red haired girl is Mina and the blonde guy is Sun.
All of them are drone pilots that compete in a drone racing tournament.

And here's a liitle background story for this.

Corto is known as a great drone pilot and won a lot of races during the tournament. And that gets to her head sometimes.
So the other teams challenge Corto to a special race. She has to fly her drone and complete a race track while Sun and Mina use their drones to tickle her feet.
Corto never backs down from a challenge and is always eager to show her pilot skills. So of course she accepts the challenge.

Before the race Sun and Mina made a few modifications to their drones.
Sun added some real feathers to his crane. And Mina's squid drone is now spraying baby oil instead of it's usual ink attack.

The challenge race is taking place on the swamp track.
Not only does Corto need to endure the tickling, she also has to dodge huge trees and carnivorous plants to reach the finish line.

The drones wrap around her ankles and big toes and then get to work.

Mina on has always been jealous of Corto's close friendship with Sun. She enjoys this opportunity to get her rival back and doesn't hold back.
Her foot is covered in baby oil to make all those wiggling tentacles on her sole and between her toes even more.

Luckily for Corto, Sun doesn't use tricks like that.
The two have always gotten along well and Corto even has a crush on him. But while Sun is supportive, he won't go easy on her either. He will put those feathers to good use and do his best to give Corto a challenge.

Will Corto prevail and win this race? Or will she fail and loose her reputation as the ace pilot?
