Tinba is the man you go to when you need a gig. They're a is a criminal mastermind and the reason the city is overrun by gangs. Taking their name from the Tinba trojan, as well as their "Man in the browser" nickname, all that is known about Tinba is that they're good with computers, REALLY good. No record of them seem to exist, and that's because the person they used to before they became Tinba no longer exists. Tinba is trans, if anything from their past remains, it would have been before their transition. But they doubts it could link back to them. They're a new man, figuratively and literally.
