All the programs I use are free other than my 3d printer. Download zbrush core mini ( I think that's what it's called) or other sculpting programs and play around with it. Feel free to ask me things if you want to learn and I will be happy to share what I know.

You don't have to make something up that's wild and crazy, you can mix animals or just do cosplay stuff. Creativity flows you just have to follow the little things till you find your flow
