Wow I actually completely understood the middle panel... though I'm guessing it's some sort of slang, or are those lyrics just as weird in Spanish? I looked up the English lyrics and that part is pretty darn different. In the context of a boyfriend "tiger" would have worked fine in English too... so weird. Looking it up further it might be slang for a street smart guy in the Dominican Republic?
I looked it up some more and "crazy" has some dirty alternate meaning in Spanish? In English being crazy for someone just means fallen deeply in love, but one of the results in my search suggests that can sound very dirty? What's weird is in the English version they changed it, though I'm not sure if the general tone of the song is the same.
Regardless it doesn't really matter how well they translated it to English if you hate it to begin with. Supposedly (and this is from an English fan site so I don't know if they understood correctly) there's actually a line in the Spanish version where she talks about buying condoms unlike the flowers another lady is buying for the guy?
