Eeehehe! This is the first text for my glowie vials, I just got the stuff in today. Still missing two other types of vials but for now this works :3
This is glow powder I got, mixed in with a semi liquid gel. It's a 24hour glow charge and can be recharged whenever. It's Super powerful when mixed right, I just need to work that out XP
