It seemed like any other day for Ash. Just a regular, aimless walk. Of course, things has gotten interesting since Daren became a Divine Ninetales with powers beyond anything he could imagine. It's been a year and a half since it happened, with him wondering what Daren and Zelda spent their time on.
Then, before he knew it, he felt a poke against his back. Not a small poke, but one that engulfed his entire back. Energy flowed into Ash and, before he knew it, he grew massively, becoming five hundred feet tall within seconds. And that's wasn't the only changes he noticed.
The former jackal's tan and red fur was replaced with the blue and black fur of a Lucario. His clothes turned into robes, and his slim physique became bulging muscles. His tails split into nine, tipped with golden-white fur, and his hairfur flowed back.
Behind him, Daren grinned with pride while crossing his arms. "Hey there, buddy! Missed you! Unfortunately, I can't make you a full deity like myself and Zelda, but I can make you a guardian of this world, with all the powers that entails. Of course, you won't do this alone."
