Very cool the Marine Dragon of the story! The way I imagine a Marine Dragon can be as gigantic as a Land Dragon with wings that allow he to both fly and be used as fins underwater and Marine Dragons can be as powerful as Land Dragons and just as majestic as this one image : https://i.imgur.com/FT60qty.jpg .
While the flight Rising water god is a very awesome water dragon... doesnt make him easily suitable for a comic format where they need to be re-drawn a lot.
However, this dragon can fly with those wings.. just kinda.. snake like when flying. Very similar to the D and D dragons that have a similar structure.
