Composed in 1942 by Aaron Copland. Arranged for synthesizer by Rin Elyran.
On this Father's Day weekend, I dedicate this arrangement to all fathers: fathers who have gone before us, fathers who are with us presently, and fathers to be -- the common men of this world.
I've always wanted to make a synthesized rendition of this masterpiece by Aaron Copland, but I wanted it to be closer in style to the original version than the 10-minute cover done in 1977 by Emerson, Lake & Palmer, a cover which is a masterpiece in and of itself.
Plugins used:
- Memorymoon ME80 - Yamaha CS-80 Brass preset
- Native Instruments FM8 - Yamaha DX7 Brass and Tubular Bells presets
- Aly James VPROM - Percussion
