That bubble in first panel confused me. Who is speaking what.

for clarification the first panel reads:
Saya: "Bitch who the fuck do y-"
Captain Cormier: "Sayanamari Tannavicci, right?"

Have to agree with dracon500. Word balloons without borders look cool, but if these had them the first panel would be less confusing.

I notice that in the last panel the tails do have borders, which suggests you are removing them. I'm not sure the extra step is helping you tell the story. Also, crossing the tails is not a good look. When you can it's better the rework the page and panel composition so it doesn't happen (and yes, I get that Sayanamari spoke first is on the right -- what I'm saying is that either of those could have been fixed).

This has been your unrequested, pedantic advice for today.

the tails don't have borders, i actually manually erased in the last panel to give them space between the crossed lines.

i will however take into consideration your feedback, thanks.

It helps that both the Captain and Saya both have different coloured fonts for their word balloons.

Also as an aside. Thanks for getting me invested in another universe of yours, the lack of new pages of When Opportunities Arise doesn't burn as much.
