Pro tip: Never challenge or get challenged by an avian to a spicy food contest. Avians dont have the receptors for capsacin (the spicy molecule) and you WILL LOSE.

i've been on the other side so many times, they are dying and i'm sitting there poppin a handful in my mouth "it's not THAT hot..."
though i do use cumin, tumeric and pepper flakes like salt so i MAY be slightly off on the heat scale... possibly...
