Briarthorn is a Wilden a la Players Handbook 3 of D&D 4th Edition (aka the Sixth Circle of Gaming Hell. I'm not bitter.)

Briarthorn does not look like a cross between Wilykit and a pile of yardwaste because he is a plains wilden, and they are composed largely of grasses, not leave, vines and twigs. And he doesn't wear black lipstick either (What the hell Wizards, seriously...)
