One of the key objectives when planning this story arc was to set up opportunities to highlight the strengths of everyone in the cast. Even if it was just for one subplot or even one scene. Approaching it this way helped make the choice of who to assign to which plotline very easy. There isn’t a single character in the main or supporting cast that I felt needed an awkward contrivance to justify their role in the story. Exposition is much easier to write when all of the basic concepts make sense.
