because Damian had been limited to tv because of his ganglife, he didn't knew all the characters that well. He knew Freddy, Hunter and of course Jojo. He tried to theorize what people would be able to hold themselves so he could give everyone a change to survive. His first idea what that more populair characters would be able to hold themselves better.
That already gave him one vote to give away, which was for Jojo. He didn't knew how populair the animated series from Germany was so he placed one their just to be sure. Hoping it would give the jester toy enough time to steal the hearts of some.
Freddie would hold himself, that was clear enough. He was populair and sweet.
Hunter was a wildcard as He was a populair aoungs a lot of watchers but was his 19's tv show enough to have hold him, Guessed by the final place of Exile, he could. Damian decided to put him on the 'maybe board.'

It was than he got to the woods, because he hardly knew any of the others by personality. So how could he help them? In the end, and with a lot of thoughts, he decided.
