"Unsavory Crowd"
Felicio has a bad feeling about the crowd.
Fun Fact: the group of men in the Fourth Panel were characters I always wanted to introduced in the old series - Called the Gang of 10, were meant, had the old stories continue forward, gone a bit into Ronfar's background by bringing his old associates to help deal with the Cats, having been his old Gang before the current One (Richard, Weasel & Croc Joe).
Though you see five here, the characters in the Panel are (from Left two Right): Chameleon, P.J. Orleans, Snitch, Colonel Belswee and Grizzly. The other 5 members I could not draw for reasons of space were Carina, Durante (a nod to Comedian Jimmy Durante) Turner, Broadway and Belswee's & Carina's Chauffeur, who I never named though its a Sloth.

Belswee and Carina were to be a husband and wife duo controlling a criminal syndicate, with the Sloth been their Chauffeur.
P.J., Turner, Grizzly and Broadway, would had taken over a town, turning it as their center of operations, with P.J.'s associates having positions in the city. P.J. Durante, Chameleon & Snitch were not given major operations, becoming petty criminals in their separate ways.
Naturally the series never progress to present Ronfar's Old Gang and thus, they lag in oblivion, so decided to at least add 5 of the 10 in this picture to allude to both their Criminal Background and add a bit more into Felicio's character.
