A smeargle and a furret. I tried to keep it close to the way Rick draws him.

Oh, a furret! I had one of those in my Gold Version. Yeah, I thought the markings looked similar, but... furret is supposed to be a little ferret thing. Why the long ears and donkey nose?

I'm just going by the reference picture I had http://www.furaffinity.net/full/383330/ I'm honestly not familiar enough with them to draw them otherwise, most of my knowledge of pokemon is limited to the first set and a half.

Oof. Yeah. Being an artist yourself, you should know to always go to the real source for references and not use another artist's rendition. After all, artists rarely draw things the way they originally were, you know? I find that artists rarely ever worry about accuracy when portraying anything. ;)

Great comic, by the way. Always good to see a fight scene (whether short or long) where cleverness wins out over sheer power.
