It would certainly be a unique experience.
Here is the other thing, a place like that would technically be kid friendly, since everyone but the kitchen staff (for obvious reasons) would be wearing full covering outfits. Just be sure to have an owl on quick change to make the kids think the place is related to owls. Even could have multiple owl statues (just like the shirts seem to have on them).
I mean there is an ice hotel that gets made every winter, so could be a possible place to set up.
