I forget how I exactly came across Ultra-Gor, I think it might’ve been some random photo of him that popped up on ‘Flickr’ that caught my eye. Or the numerous Google image searches I do for various gorilla oddities....one can never have enough gorilla reference.

But however I blundered upon him, I’m very thankful I had, as I really do adore him, as well as his player, who was very generous to commission me to do this.

I was ecstatic to hear after sending him the finished product how happy he was with it, and got the go ahead to post it here.

Believe you me, I do love gorillas, and UG is definitely on the top of my ‘most admired apes’ list. I’m hoping to do more art featuring UG at some point in time, have no idea when, but as well I’m hoping to create my own super-gorilla.

Don’t get me wrong, all gorillas are super, but you know what I mean.
