actually i use paint tool sai - the marker tool very much simulates the pencil tool in oC, but the painting tool is even more responsive and blends better IMO. plus, you can use different brush patterns, etc. it's a very similar japanese-made program that's pretty much just an improvement on OC, though i did have to pay about $50 for the full version.
