It's actually my D&D character. Rhotarym was a Paladin and Consort to Tiamat, whose bloodline was one of her most trusted generals in a past age - and towards the end of the campaign, he ascended, becoming something akin to Tiamat herself! This is just his draconic/ascended form!
There's a much longer, more complicated story, but, this isn't Tiamat - just my OC!
