This is my mod on the Royal Koopa released by 
Opius. This one is her dark side; there's also her normal version here:

All parts are from the original avatar except the chains (modded link by link by myself), hair (from Deviant Kitties), shell (which was a gift from Opius to finish off the look) and chest (from EXL, texture modded by myself).
